Do you have a process or machine that is manually controlled, or has controls that need to be updated?  We can provide systems based on devices from Rockwell Automation, Siemens, Automation Direct and Triangle Research.  Even if your chosen brand/device isn’t listed, we will gladly do a walk-through to discuss options.


On-demand troubleshooting and remote support:

Allowing SS Controls to troubleshoot/support your new or existing equipment is like having a seasoned controls engineer on your staff, even if you don’t have any in-house controls knowledge.  We will work with you to document equipment, catalog electrical drawings and programs, and create a plan to overcome any issues.  This prevents downtime and increases your bottom line.  Using secure VPN devices from eWON or mbConnect allows us to troubleshoot your machine as if we are right in the control cabinet, even if the work is being done from our office.


Tailored training:

SS Controls can provide on-site training, tailored to the needs of your staff.  Unlike many firms that keep you in the dark with regards to the programming of equipment, we want you to have the level of knowledge you feel comfortable with to keep your machinery running properly.  SS Controls will come to site and train your technicians, as well create documents as needed to make sure the knowledge isn’t lost when the training ends.
